Small, local restaurant with gourmet food. The menu is small, but the taste is large. Not sure I liked having the salad served in an iron skillet and for the price, I think cloth napkins would be much nicer than a stack of paper ones stacked on the table. But did I mention the food is fabulous?
Special home cooked Appalachian eat at Mom's style food this weekend. DONT MISS IT.
Our second time there food was well worth it. My wife had a great hamburger with steak fries with a sour cream and onion dip. I had the pork shoulder with black beans red rice and a over easy egg that was excellent. Seasoning was perfect. Awesome hostess/server. KUDOS to the Chef!
