They did a great job at my house, but the reason for the one star is, when it was time to leave everything they had sucked out of my house all the soap and water, they opened the tank as they were driving away, they dumped it all over the road and all the way through our community. Great service with a friendly face! I called to get my carpet cleaned because my family was coming into town and they scheduled me next day! They are trustworthy (I leave a key out and they clean and lock up so I don’t have to take time off work to let them in). Carpet always looks great and the prices are always exactly the same! Can’t beat their quality! When you call a big company you never know what workers you’re gonna get! This business is family owned so the owners are the two workers!
